This class helps the licensee understand the difference between, and importance of, The Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Fair Housing Act and where to find reliable sources of information from these Acts. A clear and concise method of determining if an animal is a Service Animal or an Assistance Animal. The licensee will know how to setup a legally sound and nondiscriminatory method of determining which prospective tenants have a legitimate need for an animal in their living quarters, and which prospective tenants are abusing (or gaming) the system.
