Description

This course will make sure you and your clients are fully prepared for the Real Estate Closing. (1) Review all forms and how each operates in order to understand who is authorized to conduct business within a real estate transaction. (2) Full explanation of the title and escrow company roles to avoid unexpected surprises at the closing table. (3) Review aspects of the IRS tax code to prepare the agent to identify issues relevant to their clients’ closing transactions. (4) Discussion of topics that will help agents identify problem areas in order to prepare for a successful closing.
